Author Stephanie Weaver HELLO! I’m so glad you’re here today!

I’m an author and speaker coach with a master’s degree of public health in nutrition education from the University of Illinois. I live with five chronic illnesses: chronic lymphocitic leukemia, migraine disease, fibromyalgia, thyroid disease, and acid reflux.
