MEET THE AUTHOR

Author Stephanie Weaver HELLO! I’m so glad you’re here today!

I’m an author, blogger, certified wellness coach, and migraine sufferer with a master’s degree of public health in nutrition from the University of Illinois.

I developed The Migraine Relief Plan out of personal necessity. It’s backed with research and field testing by panels of migraine sufferers. We changed our own lives through food and lifestyle that reduced the frequency of headaches for each of us in different ways. My physician has placed many of his patients on the program.

My book walks you through the plan which includes 75 exclusive recipes that helped us transition to fewer headaches in 8 weeks. These recipes are free of the food triggers the plan identifies.

You’ll also find over 375 of my gluten-free recipes on MigraineReliefRecipes.com. Each recipe is kitchen-tested and sorted by special dietary needs from Vegan and Vegetarian to Low Sodium.
